Hi, Redbank Plains is an area that is not far from Ipswich. It seems to be one of the cheaper suburbs to purchase right now. I have lived in the area for 51 yrs born in Ipswich. Have been looking recently at property in and around Redbank Plains for my son. I can say just be careful if you are purchasing houses in that area as there seems to be alot of movement. Cracking of brickwork and sinking of yards that i have seen. That is the only problem that i would consider .As far as conveniences there is good shopping centres and schools ext nearby. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask. |
