A Girl

A girl went down to the Centrelink to get her family allowance.

The office worker asked her, "How many children do you have?"

"Ten," she replied.

"What are their names?" he asked.

"Wayne,Wayne,Wayne,Wayne,Wayne,Wayne,Wayne,Wayne,Wayne, and Wayne," she answered.

"They're all named Wayne ?" he asked "What if you want them to come in from playing outside?"

"Oh, that's easy," she said. "I just call "Wayne" and they all come running in."

"And, if you want them to come to the table for dinner?"

"I just say, 'Wayne, come eat your dinner'," she answered.

"But what if you just want ONE of them to do something?" he asked.

"Oh, that's easy," she said. "I just use their last name!"

That isn't very nice ratboy. There was nothing in there to censor, in fact it wasn't even a troll.

It is a serious joke copied exactly how it was on another website.

You took out the word Ipswich, as I guess it does reflect an "Ipswich Girl"

But I guess you draconian methods of censorship, you will again delete this.

Yes I removed the word ipswich, simply as it is not nice to post a joke that stereotypes ipswich women as mass breeding children to many different fathers.

And you posted it on a forum that supports Ipswich. Not nice.

fattcat, I spend 99 percent of my time deleting spammers. This is the first time in a long time I have modified someones post due it being offensive. As you say some people may think it's funny, but you must also remember that some may think it's not.

Please also note I didn't remove the entire post.

Good on you Ratboy you have my support. People need to realise that one person taking offence is 1 too many whether it is within your own personal taste or not and that's how it should be in 2010.

I remember years ago me and "webmaster" had a picture reflecting an obese girl (being ipswich) and a an attractive woman being "paris".

I didn't think this was, too, offensive. But in reference to forum moderability, in contexed reference this thread was innapropriate.
